Quicken on the Web is a convenient way to use Quicken, but it does not have all of the power and options of Quicken for Windows. At that time, Quicken automatically reconciles your downloaded. The Auto Reconcile feature takes effect after your next online session. Select the Auto reconcile downloaded transactions check box. On the Reconcile Online Account screen, select the Online Balance option. Click (the Account Actions icon), and then choose Reconcile.
